Coach Ewan took the boys (u9 Emeralds) to play in the Butlins Skegness tournament this weekend. 8 boys, no regular goalkeeper, 4 groups of 8 teams and only top of the group advance to the semi finals. ESSEX GIRLS LEAGUE CHAMPIONS They've only gone and done it. Our u14 Violets have been amazing this season from start to finish and have earned their well-deserved rewards. The entire team, including Parents, Players, and Coaches, is what has made it all work. Coach Dave has consistently ensured that the sessions are spot on and has pushed the girls all the way, their hard work and effort has all paid off. It was a massive performance in the final game of the season. Heading into the match, the u14's knew they had to win away against the second-place team to clinch the Essex County League title, and the team rose to the occasion. They started strong, took an early lead, and went into halftime 3–0 up. The girls played with confidence, skill, and real togetherness to finish the job. CUE THE SCENES..
